Share clear photos/videos of the product as proof
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. -

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to our fault)

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. -

Orders can be canceled within a limited time after placing the order (before dispatch)
