    Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
    You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
    If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  5. Damaged and Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
    Please contact us within 5 Business days of delivery
    Share clear photos/videos of the product as proof
    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
  6. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
    Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
    Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to our fault)
    Personal care items, hygiene products, or customized items (if applicable)
  7. Return Shipping Costs
    If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
    If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
    Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  8. Cancellation Policy (Optional but Recommended)
    Orders can be canceled within a limited time after placing the order (before dispatch)
    Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must go through the return process
